A small firm can have most of its AI planning phase covered before a build contract is even signed. Ask any partner you're evaluating whether they've worked within these schemes; the answer tells you how often they work with companies your size.
Five questions that separate builders from advisers
- Show me something you shipped that's live right now. Not a deck. A URL. Studios that ship lead with products; advisers lead with frameworks
- Will my core loop run through the model, or beside it? If they can't explain the Ai native versus AI added distinction in plain words, the build will be a chatbot bolted to your existing product
